Privacy Policy
DailyMind is operated by GbR Mika Jens Ramsl, Mats Ramsl. If you have any questions about privacy, you can contact us at dailymind@mehrbytes.com.
DailyMind does not require an account or login. We do not store extensive personal user data ourselves. Some technical and usage-related information may still be processed through third-party services that support app functionality, analytics, and payments.
In most cases, this means technical information that is necessary to run the app, understand usage, and process subscriptions correctly across devices and platforms.
Users currently cannot create, upload, or publicly share their own content through the app. DailyMind also does not request access to location, contacts, photos, microphone, or similar device permissions for its core experience.
We use Firebase to store level progress and game-related state. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. We also use analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and reporting provided through app stores to understand app performance and usage.
These providers may process technical identifiers, subscription status, device-related information, and event data needed to operate their services.
The app uses local push notifications to deliver affirmations based on your preferences. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device, based on the categories and preferences you select, completely optional, and can be disabled at any time through the app settings or your device settings. They are not used to send marketing messages or advertisements.
We do not currently use advertising inside the app.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and technical error data in order to monitor stability, diagnose issues, and improve the app experience. These reports are used for debugging and product quality purposes and are not intended to directly identify individual users.
RevenueCat is used for subscription and payment-related processing. This may include a user identifier, purchase information, and subscription status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Apple App Store and Google Play Store are used for payment processing related to subscriptions. Payment information and purchase history are generally handled directly by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
Firebase is used to support core app functionality, including storing level progress and game-related state.
The DailyMind website is hosted on Vercel. As part of providing the website, technical information such as server logs, IP addresses, browser details, and access times may be processed by the hosting provider.
DailyMind offers a Pro subscription that unlocks additional levels and content. Payment processing and subscription handling may be carried out by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other platform providers depending on where the app is downloaded.
Pro subscriptions are currently offered on a weekly or yearly basis. There is currently no free trial. Users can restore previous purchases inside the app where supported by the platform.
DailyMind may send local notifications for streak reminders or streak protection when notifications are enabled on the device. These notifications are generated locally and do not require us to maintain a separate user messaging profile.
The app is operated from Germany but may be available in other countries. If you would like to ask about privacy, stored information, or deletion requests, please contact dailymind@mehrbytes.com.
As this app is primarily operated from and targeted at users in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
