Terms of Use

DailyMind is provided by GbR Mika Jens Ramsl, Mats Ramsl, based in Germany. By using the app, you agree to these basic terms of use.

DailyMind offers daily puzzle and level-based gameplay. Some content may be available only through a paid Pro subscription. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through the relevant app store and payment platform.

The App uses RevenueCat to manage user accounts and subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Access to paid content may depend on an active subscription and on the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made.

Pro subscriptions are currently offered as weekly and yearly options. There is currently no free trial. Users may restore previous purchases inside the app where the relevant platform supports this functionality.

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium Features"). Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Payment will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Price changes will not apply to your current subscription period if you purchased before the change.

You may use DailyMind only in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access paid or restricted content without authorization.

Users currently cannot upload or publish their own content in the app. DailyMind is designed to be suitable for general audiences and does not contain advertising.

We may update, change, suspend, or remove features of the app at any time. We try to keep the app available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation in all countries, devices, or situations.

The DailyMind website is hosted on Vercel. Website availability may depend on third-party infrastructure and hosting services.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party platforms such as app stores, analytics providers, Vercel, Firebase, or RevenueCat.

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the App ("Feedback"). You acknowledge and agree that if you submit Feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation to you, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into our products and services.

If you access the App via Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Developer, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services, is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

If you access the App via Google Play, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service, available at https://play.google.com/intl/en_us/about/play-terms/
